Klieverik’s VERTEX Set To Lead The Way For Entry-Level Transfer Printing Calenders At FESPA Global Expo In Berlin
At the FESPA Global Expo, on booth #1.2-B50, Klieverik will show transfer printing on the VERTEX which is an entry level hybrid transfer printing calender.
The newly announced machine is the first of its kind from the Dutch company.
Klieverik has previously prioritized the manufacture of high end, larger format industrial models, such as GTC and Single Piece Flowline calenders.
The Vertex has been designed as an affordable, entry level machine for efficient single piece transfer printing, but the calender is also capable of roll-to-roll printing.
The Vertex has all the features that you expect from Klieverik: the oil based drum, robust build, compact design and ease of operation.
Besides, the Vertex has also several new features, like a new shaft bearing construction and a full functional compact operating touch screen, with maintenanced instructions displayed when due.
The machine is optimized for ease of operation and is suitable for all kind of PES textiles.
This calender is ideal for the multi-purpose print shop aiming at high quality. With the Vertex, the scope of supply is fixed and the machine is offered without optional features or executions.
Klieverik calenders are the best match to use in a microfactory, because they have the best oil heated drum which ensures you to have a consistent temperature, which is essential for the sublimation at all stages of the process.
Together with even pressure of the belt, this gives the best transfer printing results.
