Sebastian Tillen brings to the table an impressive tenure spanning 28 years within the print and packaging industry across Germany, Switzerland, and Vietnam. His depth of experience encompasses production, technical service, manufacturing setup, and comprehensive business operations. Tillen’s career trajectory, from Machine Operator to Trainer, Service Manager, and eventually running his own carton packaging company, underscores his profound understanding of the industry’s technical and service demands.
Prior to joining Inkcups, Tillen excelled as the Group Technical Director at Numaco Packaging, where his leadership in technical setup, product development, and operational management across facilities in Vietnam and China was instrumental. His expertise will be invaluable in steering Inkcups Europe’s service operations to new heights.
