Hp’s Stitch S1000 Wide-Width Dye-Sublimation Printer Makes Its Spanish Debut At C!Print Madrid

HP presented its news and solutions for large format printing. at C!Print Madrid last week.

The company has shown for the first time in Spain the HP Stitch S1000, which has been designed to offer high productivity more easily.

In this way, new production possibilities for textile printing are opened.

It is a 3.2 meter ink sublimation printer that allows you to increase production speed, making it easy for high production companies to meet deadlines safely.

It consists of an automatic maintenance that guarantees optimum image quality.

Likewise, time is saved thanks to the simple loading and unloading of materials by a single operator.

Consistent colours are reproduced time after time and across the fleet with HP’s Native 1200 dpi printhead resolution giving vivid colours and deep blacks.

The S1000 Prints unattended at production speeds up to 220 m2/hour (2370 ft2/hour), saving up to 40% of operative involvement with simplified operation

Fernando Nuñez, director of HP's large-format business for Spain and Portugal , states that “HP's expansion in the textile industry consolidates our commitment to make digital printing accessible to all. The new HP Stitch S1000 eliminates the main complexities of color sublimation, with industry-leading technology and high-quality prints and unmatched speed. ”

For the first time, HP Thermal Inkjet technology is introduced in the HP Stitch range in sublimation printing to meet the growing demand for polyester-based textiles for sportswear, fashion, home decor and textile labeling.

HP wanted to accompany the HP Stitch S1000 with the HP Stitch S500 on its stand. Both printers respond to medium and large size print service providers to boost the production of textile applications in the soft signage market.

In addition, HP shows in this fair its main printers of big format like the new HP Latex of the series R, which are thought for rigid and flexible impressions.

They are designed to offer a wide variety of hybrid applications, including signage and signage and decorative wall-coverings.
