Pyramid Display Materials, the HP Latex, Ahlstrom and Berger Textiles re-seller have been acquired by Grimco Inc. based in the United States.
Established in 1875 Grimco are the leading distributor of signage and display materials in the U.S. and Canada and operating from over 60 locations.
Dennis Morgan, Pyramid Display’s Managing Director stated:
