The Brother GTX600
Equipped with four new industrial grade print heads, the Brother GTX600 DTG Printer offers high output per hour whilst maintaining the legendary 'Brother' quality and reliability.
The white print heads have an internal ink re-circulation system to reduce wastage, along with with new built-in cooling fans to allow for continuous print operation.
All print heads park in a wet capping station whenever idle, reducing maintenance times and the possibility of blocked nozzles.
Both these features are a revolutionary solution in the Direct to Garment Industry
Brother DTF Printing
Brother has enhanced the technology of its GTX Series printers to make it possible to print direct to film (DTF).
After consultation with customers and dealers, it has developed a new “reversal” driver that customers can get free of charge from Brother or a certified dealer.
It means that the printers can be used to print to film as well as on polyester and leather.
Brother’s CADLink now also offers special DTF software for the Brother GTX Series printers.
However, the company has opted not to develop its own DTF foils and powders because there are already “proven” foils and other accessories on the market.
Brother DTG Inks
Brother DTG Direct to Garment Printer Inks are manufactured according to Brother's exclusive formulation to provide the best possible results.
These Direct to Garment Printer Inks are amongst the first to not only carry the Oeko-Tex® Certification, but also to be GOTS APPROVED and CPSIA compliant* to help ensure they are safe for printing and environmentally responsible.
They also boast the best wash fastness results in the DTG industry.
Brother Myze Software
Brother’s new software solution „Brother Myze“ will be released this summer.
Brother Myze was developed in-house exclusively for the direct to garment sector by our Digital Solutions department, which was newly founded last year.
In cooperation with some of the major manufacturers from a wide range of different business sectors, Brother have not just created a software solution but a whole package of individual applications that cover all areas and needs of the digital print production.
After experiencing a great FESPA show in Amsterdam last year, they are looking forward to FESPA Berlin this May.
