GF4030 Nirvana Plus

GF4030 Nirvana Plus, is an enhanced printable soft signage black-back fabric developed to significantly decrease smokeexhaustion during the transfer process.

Nirvana Plus has 30% more fabric on the face than other printable black-back media.

The additional fabric increases vibrancy of printed colours and absorbs heat during paper transfer.

GF4030 Nirvana Plus is a two-in-one solution for printable fabric with a built-in liner and a finished back, providing cost savings in material and labor.

It is ideal for hanging banners and retractable banner stands because of its printability and finished coated back side.

Other uses include frontlit SEG and pillowcase fabric displays with no liner.

GF4030 Nirvana Plus weighs 9.5 oz and is stocked 126-inches wide.

It is flame retardant.

A 5-meter-wide treated version of this fabric, DD9930 Nirvana Plus, will be available soon for direct and UV-curable printing

GF 5300 Waterfall

GF 5300 Waterfall, a dye sub printable canopy tent fabric that has a durable water resistant (DWR) treatment for outdoor use.

When wet, water beads up on the fabric’s surface instead of leaking through the material, making it an excellent choice to withstand precipitation elements.

Tested under AATCC TM 22-2017, “Water Repellency: Spray Test”, which measures the
water-repellent efficacy of the DWR finish, results were 95, 95, 100.

The grading system used is from 100 (no sticking or wetting of upper surface) to 0
(complete wetting of whole of upper and lower surfaces).

GF 5300 Waterfall can also be used for street pole banners, awnings and home decor products such as water-resistant table cloths and shower curtains.

This fabric is stocked 122-inches wide, weighs 6.9 oz/yd2 and is flame retardant (NFPA 701).
