Evolution-Amsterdam Opens Its Doors To The Textile Design Trade At The Gashouder in Amsterdam
Evolution-Amsterdam is the Dutch Design & trade fair for Surface- and Pattern design in The Netherlands this B2B event will bring together international designers who will show their latest surface and pattern designs to clients from all over the world.
From 7-9 September 2021, over 90 design studios representing 21 different countries will participate at Evolution-Amsterdam.
All design studios are specialized in surface designing.
They will showcase their latest design collections for textiles, wallpaper stationery and fashion.
Evolution-Amsterdam is a B2B event.
A super nice industrial environment with the atmosphere of old factory buildings.
The Westergasfabriek venue offers you lots of facilities like bars, restaurants, coffee- and wine bars and even a hotel.
The Gashouder.
Evolution will be held at the Gashouder on the premises of the Westergasfabriek, just a few minutes away from Central Station.
The round, industrial inner space with its majestic roof manifests a certain grandness, you won’t experience anywhere else in town.
With a surface area of 2500 m2 and a height of 14,5 meters it’s one of the most monumental locations of Amsterdam.
The location of the Gashouder now allows us as organizer of the show to accommodate over 100 design studios in one building.
