Epson Launches Surecolor SC-F20000 To Transform Industrial Dye-Sublimation Productivity
London, UK – May 2026 – Epson today announces the SureColor SC-F20000, a groundbreaking 76-inch industrial dye-sublimation printer designed to help print service providers and sportswear producers accelerate high-volume output while championing sustainable, high-quality production.
The state-of-the-art machine will be showcased at the FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona, offering a powerful solution for the textile industry's urgent need for efficient, reliable, and ethically scalable manufacturing.
Built to support demanding production environments, the SC-F20000 is Epson’s first dye-sublimation model equipped with eight PrecisionCore MicroTFP printheads.
This innovative architecture delivers extraordinary high-speed performance, achieving print modes up to approximately 306 square metres per hour in fast settings, while significantly improving minimum resolution to 600 by 600 dpi.
By integrating proprietary image quality technologies, including Epson Precision Dot, multi-layer halftone, LUT, and Microweave, the printer ensures robust, consistent output across multi-printhead production.
Addressing the critical industry need to reduce manufacturing waste and operator downtime, the SC-F20000 supports continuous printing through its large-capacity 10-litre Ultrachrome DS ink system and automatic Hot Swap switching.
To guarantee predictable performance and hardware longevity, Epson has engineered the printer with advanced dust-reduction mechanisms, including a dedicated intake fan and media cleaner, strictly minimising dust accumulation and nozzle clogging.
Furthermore, a double-side heating and drying system is incorporated to minimise ink set-off and reduce media wrinkling, ensuring pristine application results. For operations managing extended jobs, an optional Jumbo Roll Solution provides higher-capacity roll handling.
