Fiery Pilot App Brings Complete Workflow Automation to Enfocus Appstore

Thursday, September 26, 2024 : Enfocus, a leader in affordable and flexible print automation software, has teamed up with software developer Impressed GmbH and digital workflow provider Fiery to launch the Fiery Pilot app on the Enfocus Appstore.

The powerful new app directly integrates with Fiery’s digital front-end systems to fully automate print production workflows.
Fiery Pilot extends Enfocus Switch’s existing functionality by enabling users to send print jobs and detailed output configurations to any digital output device managed by a Fiery digital print server.

This app provides complete automation of print output processes, defining all necessary print options that previously required manual setup in Fiery’s Command WorkStation including setting job titles, copy numbers, paper type, tray selection, page ranges, scheduled output times, and more.

Fiery Pilot utilizes XML/JDF, JSON, and other metadata formats to dynamically adjust print settings for each job, ensuring that every print task is matched to its specific requirements.

Print jobs are seamlessly transferred to the designated Fiery output queues in seconds, ready for processing with the assigned configurations.

The App Is Available For Free To All Enfocus Switch Maintenance Customers, Making It An Accessible And Valuable Tool For Optimizing Production Processes.
