A new and ground breaking pigment ink system specially developed by Durst can be used universally in the textile field.
Its Advanced Digital Pigment is the world’s first ink system that enables a one-step process with soft touch and brilliant colours.
Universally used in textile applications, it also has excellent light fastness and wet rub fastness and can be used on all types of fabric.
It is characterized by outstanding colour reproduction while offering a soft look and feel.
There is no need for pre- and post-processing steps in most standard applications, thus guaranteeing maximum cost efficiency in production.
Currently being used in the fifth generation Alpha printing system with Durst’s new software to meet increased demands of textile digital printing.
The new Alpha Series 5 190 and 330 printing systems, unveiled at ITMA, feature improvements in material handling, efficiency and material diversity.
This technology platform offers a sustainable, flexible and scalable solutions for every application, enabling waterless one-step production with the new Durst Advanced Digital Pigment ink.
By extending the colour space by 30% compared to existing ink systems, target colours can be achieved with lower ink consumption and better haptics as a result.
