Berlin Digital Printer Goes For The HP Latex 800w To Extend Its Market Reach

The print service provider Berlin Reklame has expanded its machine park with the large-format digital production printing system HP Latex 800W.
The investment project was handled through German reseller Antalis Macron GmbH, and the decision to go with the large format printing system with white print was made at Fespa Global Print Expo.
The Berlin print service provider Berlin Reklame has added another HP printer to its fleet. The HP Latex 800W Large Format Printing System prints white ink with titanium dioxide pigments for outdoor use and, according to the manufacturer, offers "brilliant white that does not yellow".
Jens Roebbel-Pape, Managing Director of Berlin Reklame, is certain: "With this printer we can further expand our offer in the area of shop window graphics and signage for retail customers". "We are confident that the white print of the L800W will be a great differentiator for us when working with retail customers."
HP's sustainability was probably also an important factor in the Berlin-based large format printing service provider's investment decision, which was made at the Fespa Global Print Expo 2022 trade fair.
“For ecological reasons, we do not use any solvent-based inks in our company. HP's water-based latex ink technology is therefore the ideal solution. As an added benefit, the inks come in HP Eco-Carton cartridges, which are made from cardboard – this allows us to recycle a large proportion of every cartridge we use, while also reducing our carbon footprint.”
