Polyprint Texjet NG Printers

Texjet NG120 and Texjet NG130 DTG printers made their first-time debut at FESPA 2022 and delivered superior quality prints (up to 4800dpi) leaving even the most demanding customers satisfied.

Equipped with industrial printheads for reliable performance, automated features (White Ink Re-Circulation and CMYKW Ink Agitation) for seamless production flows, a bulk ink printing system for cost-efficient, high-volume printing, and the advantage of zero ink waste while remaining in standby mode, these machines were made to “rock” the DTG market.

Plus, with a grand print area up to 50×70 cm (19,6×27,5 in) users will have a competitive advantage when it comes to large scale prints.

Additionally, these printers come with an embedded, industrial, touchscreen PC, and Cadlink’s Digital Factory Apparel v10, RIP software, included in the package!

Furthermore, fifteen (15) different, Snap-On platen options offer the ability to print on a wide application range.

The main differences between the two printers come to the number of printheads and the production volume. Texjet NG120 comes with two industrial printheads (1x CMYK, 1x WHITE) and can produce 30 dark / 47 light garments per hour.

It can also be configured (BTO) with 2x CMYK, for even faster production on lights.

Texjet NG130 on the other hand, comes with three industrial printheads (1x CMYK, 2x WHITE) and can produce 41 dark / 47 light garments per hour .

It can also be configured (BTO) with 2x CMYK, 1x WHITE, for even faster production on lights, 3x CMYK for maximum production on lights, and even 1x CMYK, 1x RGB, 1x WHITE for increased colour gamut..

NEW Texjet Inks

Texjet NG printers were powered by Polyprint’s new Texjet Inks.

These specially formulated inks were developed to enhance all Texjet DTG printers performance and provide garment decoration excellence.

Visitors will have the chance to experience live, quick fixation times, enriched colour gamut and increased stretchability on printed garments.
