February 2020—Aleph, a company specializing in the development of inkjet printers for sublimatic and direct fabric printing and paper printing for the out-of-home sector, will shine a spotlight on the world of outdoor and indoor visual communication at FESPA Global Print Expo 2020 (Madrid, Spain–24-27 March2020).

One year after entering the out-of-home industry, the company will present on its stand-hall 3, booth B90 – one of the flagship models of the LAFORTE series along with a range of latest generation inks developed for printing on paperblueback and whiteback.

"During 2019, we focused on enhancing our printing technology for the world of visual communication and today we can say that we have achieved optimal results," explains Alessandro Manes, CEO of aleph.

"At FESPA 2020, we will demonstrate that LAFORTE printing systems are an effective solution for the world of visual communication because they offer very high print quality – at offset printing levels – but with the advantages in terms of flexibility and application possibilities of digital printing.

" At FESPA 2020, aleph will show a complete production line: to compose it will be the LAFORTE 200 Paper printing system – with integrated proprietary loading system,Paper unwinder, for the management of coils up to 1000 meters –, a proprietary drying oven and a cutter of the Italian Fotoba.

Star of the stand, LAFORTE 200Paper is an industrial ink casting system for sublimatic printing.

Featuring a compact design and a patented aspirated carpet transport system, it has been developed to handle medium and high print volumes (up to 490sq m/hour in a 1900mm wide pass).

The model presented at FESPA 2020 will assemble 8 print heads, each of which has two channels per color, and will have pigmentographic dyes with binder, to offer live demonstrations of printing on blue back and white back paper.

Confirming its focus on environmental sustainability – a cornerstone of the company's vision and mission – aleph will also focus on water chart pigment inks.

Developed – in partnership – for printing on white backe blue paper, aleph inchiostrides ensure an excellent performance in terms of the brilliance of the colors and the quality of the print and very high levels of resistance and durability – also thanks to the newly designed binder developed with nano technologies – for outdoor applications.

Another interesting aspect of aleph inks, the yield in terms of consumption: the high concentration of pigment allows to use minimal amounts of ink to achieve high impact results, minimizing the bleedinge effect by greatly reducing printing costs.

" As a reference event for the world of visual communication, FESPA Global Print Expo is an important event in the aleph calendar and will be an opportunity for printing companies interested in our technology to verify the quality and performance of our solutions and inks," concludes Manes.
