January 20, 2023 : Vera Inkjet (Vera) the Montreal, Canada based leader in the research and development of sustainable aqueous pigment based digital inkjet printing inks and dispersions has launched a new range of inks specially designed for the R2R textile market.

As with all of Vera’s water-based inks, this new range has the highest standards when it comes to sustainability offering digital printing which is environmentally friendly due to reduced waste, less energy consumed, and less water consumed.

Dr. Madhu Kaushik, Senior Vice President at Vera commented “We have used all of our expertise and experience from our highly successful range of DTG & DTF textile digital inkjet products to develop an exciting new offer for customers using R2R digital inkjet printing systems. We worked closely with Paul Callahan, Fabrication Labs Coordinator, and Instructor of Design Thinking, and the world-renowned team at the Nancy Richardson Design Center at Colorado State University to validate the performance characteristics of our inks. Their results confirmed our products set new standards in terms of color quality, durability and performance. Furthermore, thanks to Vera’s well proven inkjet formulation approach our customers are assured of reliability, consistency and predictable running costs.”

The new range is available in 8 colors, (CMYK + Red/Green/Blue/Gray) tailor-made for the high standards required by textile manufacturers serving premium markets such as high-end fashion fabrics.

The range is available now.
