The Trützschler Group to Unveil Sustainable and Automated Fibre Processing Innovations at ITM 2026 in Istanbul

The Trützschler Group will showcase its latest advancements in sustainable and automated fibre processing technology at the ITM 2026 exhibition in Istanbul, Türkiye, from 9 to 13 June.

Located at Hall 7, Booth 714A at the Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center, the exhibition will highlight Trützschler’s forward-thinking solutions across spinning, card clothing, and nonwovens.

These innovations are designed to address critical industry challenges such as severe labour shortages, rising operational costs, and the urgent need for eco-friendly manufacturing practices.

In response to global labour shortages and increasing operational demands, Trützschler Spinning is introducing the T-CAN system.

This intelligent solution merges self-driving cans with automated guided vehicle technology and an intuitive software interface to significantly reduce manual handling.

By lowering operational costs and minimising downtime, T-CAN provides spinning mills with a highly efficient, future-ready approach to material allocation.

Further driving productivity, the next-generation TC 30i card, integrated with the IDF 3 draw frame, achieves up to a 40 percent increase in output while maintaining superior yarn quality.

This combination is particularly effective for processing blends with high short-fibre content or recycled materials, seamlessly supporting the industry's shift towards sustainable, circular economies.

The showcase will also feature the TCO 21XL combing technology, which operates with twelve heads instead of the standard eight.

This innovation boosts productivity by approximately 50 percent and requires less energy per head, illustrating Trützschler’s authoritative commitment to energy efficiency and resource conservation.

To support these mechanical advancements, Trützschler provides comprehensive digital services through the My Trützschler platform.

This central access point bundles applications such as the MyMill monitoring system, training resources, and a spare parts shop, ensuring that customers experience minimised downtime and receive robust technological support globally.

Emphasising sustainability and durable design, Trützschler Card Clothing will unveil a fully recyclable new flat top engineered for consistent, long-term performance in modern spinning preparation.

Additionally, Trützschler Nonwovens will present the T-SUPREMA needle-punching concept for technical textiles and the highly versatile NC-Xe card.

For the hygiene sector, the proven NC-X card enables the processing of exceptionally fine bicomponent microfibres, creating soft, voluminous webs ideal for premium applications.

Together with globally proven solutions for disposable wipes, these innovations reflect a holistic approach to sustainable, cost-effective, and humane textile manufacturing.
