Mikkelsen Innovation ApS to Showcase its FASTSEWN StitchNCut™ 3.3M Automated Flatbed Sewing and Laser Cutting Solution at PRINTING United 2026


Aarhus, DK & Milwaukee, WI — September 2, 2026 — FASTSEWN will showcase the next generation of its flatbed automated textile finishing at PRINTING United 2026 with the U.S. debut demonstration of its innovative full 3.3M width StitchNCut™ flatbed sewing and laser cutting solution.

This solution is designed specifically for high-volume production of Silicone Edge Graphics (SEG), pillowcase graphics, and other grand-format and industrial textile applications.

The centerpiece of the launch will be live remote demonstrations from FASTSEWN’s headquarters, where attendees will see the company’s full-size StitchNCut 3.3-meter automated flatbed sewing and laser cutting system producing finished SEG graphics and pillow graphics under real market-based production conditions.

The demonstration will showcase the complete production workflow on the same deliverable system customers will begin receiving shortly after the show. “The Practical Printer,” Timothy Mitchell, will moderate these demonstrations.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to FASTSEWN's engineering team in Denmark during the live demonstrations.

On the PRINTING United show floor, visitors will also be able to experience the FASTSEWN Patented Moving Cavity Technology (MCT™) firsthand through demonstrations of the FS-12, its compact 1.2-meter demonstration system, illustrating the automation, precision, and ease of operation that distinguish the FASTSEWN platform.

Additionally, monitors will show the remote 3.3M system live in operation between scheduled demos.

Together, the demonstrations provide attendees with a unique opportunity to see both the production-scale solution and the underlying technology that is transforming textile finishing.

We will also be demonstrating the full software interface in connection with Caldera’s Prime Center, allowing sew lines, in addition to cut lines, to be generated for output to any RIP our customers may use, even if more than one.
