The Klieverik GTC81 Range : Fixing Calenders For Sublimation With A Roll-To-Roll System

Designed for the transfer of images printed on paper in large format or for the attachment of live textile prints, Klieverik calenders are optimal for fixing and sublimating your communication media, your exhibition visuals, tarpaulins, flags, sports jerseys, etc.
With the 81 series, Klieverik offers a wide range of grilles allowing you to find the most suitable solution for your needs.
Depending on the desired speed, from 70 to 140 m2/h, you will opt for a 195 mm heated cylinder for the GTC 81/1850, GTC 81/2300 and GTC 81/3400 models.
Widths range from 1650 mm to 3200 mm, depending on the model.
The standard equipment of a GTC calender includes the unwinding and winding devices for fabric, transfer paper and protective paper.
A cool-down time clock is also provided as standard.
The combination of variable belt tension with an electric heating system with caloric oil guarantees high temperature accuracy and uniformity.
The combination of temperature, pressure and contact time ensures that the colouring material penetrates the fibres well.
