Prior to the purchase, the Wicked Bricks team saw a demonstration of the Acuity Prime at Fujifilm's Broadstairs site to see the machine's ability to produce high-quality UV backgrounds, substrates and delicate designs on acrylic, which has since revolutionised product manufacturing at Wicked Bricks.
The purchase process was carried out through Soyang Hardware, a provider of state-of-the-art hardware for large and super large format printing, which carries the presses of many large and well-known manufacturers.
