Soyang Europe has strengthened its hardware team with the appointments of Andy Webb as Commercial Director and Ian Windebank as Wide-Format Print Specialist.

Both join Soyang with immediate effect, bringing decades of combined experience across print technology, hardware sales, customer support and the wider print industry.

As Commercial Director, Andy Webb will be responsible for Soyang’s hardware solutions, helping to drive the continued growth and development of the company’s hardware offering. He joins Soyang following a career spanning senior roles with major print technology manufacturers, including Fujifilm and Canon.

“I’m delighted to be joining the Soyang team,” Andy said. “I’ve been working alongside the company for a number of years and am really pleased to now be part of such a great group of like-minded people.

“I’m looking forward to helping grow the Soyang hardware business. There is a huge amount of opportunity in the wide-format market, and I’m excited about building on the strong foundations already in place.”

Ian Windebank joins Soyang as Wide-Format Print Specialist, reporting to Andy and working closely with the wider hardware team. He brings more than a decade of print experience to the role, including 11 years with InkTec Europe.

In his new role at Soyang, he will focus on supporting customers with their print technology requirements, from identifying suitable solutions through to helping them make informed investment decisions.

“I am very proud to be joining Soyang,” Ian said. “I’m looking forward to working alongside Andy and the rest of the team, drawing on my experience to support Soyang’s customers and help them identify the right technology for their businesses. It’s an exciting time to be part of the company, and I’m keen to play my part in building on its success and helping the business move forward.”

Mark Mashiter, Group CEO of Soyang Europe, said the appointments would significantly strengthen the company’s hardware business while enabling it to provide an even higher level of support to customers.

“Andy and Ian bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Soyang team, and we’re delighted to welcome them both on board,” Mark said. “Their combined expertise across print technology, sales and customer support will be a real asset as we continue to grow Soyang Europe and expand our hardware offering.
