Shirt-King Chose Aeoon Techonologies DTG Printing Systems To Expand Their Berlin Machine Park
Shirt King is mainly active in the print on demand business and is focused on small and medium brands.
Recently they upgraded their manufacturing facility with a move to a new factory in Teltow, outside Berlin whilst simultaneously investing in Aeoon Technology’s Compact series of DTG Print machines.
The Compact Series is a high-performance industrial textile printer.

Shirt-King are printing on many different types of garments, bags, Tshirts, and sweatshirts.
Basically, everything that is available and where there is a demand in the market.
Angelo Grodzki, the CEO, points out: “We started only with the production of Buttons and after some years we decided that we want and must extend our business. We saw a very big demand in print on demand textiles. So that is the reason why we decided to introduce Shirt King as a second brand. We see a big demand for the next couple of years with on demand textiles. “
The company, that is now approximately 6 years old, was founded in 2015.
As it is in the middle of Europe, they can deliver all the goods in a very short time to every point in Europe.
Grodzki adds: “We started our business with Shirt King approximately 4 years ago and for the beginning we were using a small desktop printer. Since many years now we are using industrial DTG printers because they are much more reliable and more stable. Especially during peak times. At the end they give us a better turnaround. aeoon is very important and a strategical partner for us, especially for new developments and for service cases, questions. aeoon is always available for us. I would say 24 hours, 7 days a week. They make sure that our production is safe. Even if we have some problems or issues, they always resolve very quick.”
Before the production with aeoon machines started, all their employees were sent to aeoons Innovation Center in beautiful Tyrol. There, all received a training to be familiar and safe in operation with DTG machines
The CEO of Shirt King states: “So now the big advantagefrom our point of view, that the aeoon inks do not have an expiration date, or they may have an expiration date, but it is a very long storage period. So, we can buy two times in a year enough ink for all our productions. We can store the ink, and nothing will happen with them.”
The satisfied German company has plans to expand the production in the next couple of years, so they are planning to buy more aeoon machines.
