Digital printing professionals found the solutions they were looking for all kinds of applications at Mimaki Eurasia booth.
Mimaki Eurasia met the sector with their largest booth area to date.
Mimaki Eurasia, an expert in inkjet printing technologies and cutting plotters, demonstrated its market leader position at FESPA Eurasia 2019 , of which it is the main sponsor.
Mimaki Eurasia exhibited 655 square meters of exhibition space at IFM's fair between 5-8 December 2019. Professionals and decision-makers in the printing industry have reached the solutions they seek for whatever application and segment at Mimaki Eurasia booth, which has become a trend area.
Fair visitors had the opportunity to see the latest developments in printing technologies and application examples as well as new trends in design.
In Hall 10, Mimaki Eurasia booth, which was prepared with 4 islets concept, created separate spaces for textile and clothing, signage and advertising and industrial product groups.
Arjen Evertse, General Manager of Mimaki Eurasia, stated that the negotiations in the fair were intense and very successful and they reached serious sales figures.
“We achieved a balanced number of visitors from all segments. Both the clarified and signed agreements at the fair and the preliminary negotiations show that we will make a strong entry to 2020 ”.
Arjen Evertse, Mimaki Eurasia's basic marketing strategy 'to remove the distance with users,' he said. Evertse reminded that they had participated in Technology Promotion Tours and sectoral fairs in 2019 and stated that they achieved successful results.
“ To show our leading position in the digital printing industry, we participated in FESPA Eurasia with the largest booth area ever. We have provided our sector stakeholders with advanced solutions and strengthened our relations with them..
Evolution And Endless Design Power In Textile Printing
The TS55-1800 sublimation transfer printing machine, symbolizing the evolution of textile printing , printed the designs of Tessa Koops.
Famous designer Koops came to Mimaki Eurasia booth and gave information about her designs.
Tessa Koops, who started working with Mimaki since Heimtextil 2019, emphasized that digital printing technologies are now a part of the design and fashion industry.
Koops; “Participation in FESPA Eurasia 2019 is the fifth of our work with Mimaki.
Digital printing facilities have enabled us to produce samples very quickly, and we have significantly changed the way designers do business.
I was really surprised when I got the first results. We achieved visuality and quality that exceeded my expectations.
As a designer, the machines in the Mimaki showroom and what I can do with them inspired me. Printing on more types and greener fabrics is gaining importance in the European market. Mimaki's unlimited possibilities support us in this direction. ”
Arjen Evertse reminded that printing should also be handled with the design.
“Our cooperation with Tessa Koops has been very successful. We are specialists in design creation while technology is in it. The merger of the two specialties produced results that would expand the market and open new doors. Our digital printing solutions provide added value to the sector with the benefits of unlimited design possibilities as well as sample production and less waste generation. ”
Outdoor Indoor Print Quality
Another solution that attracted the attention of the visitors was the SWJ-320EA solvent printing machine.
With its print width and high print quality, this solution opens up new markets for its users for both outdoor and indoor printing applications.
Arjen Evertse said; “With a print width of 320cm, the SWJ-320EA is the ideal solution for industrial advertisers and sign makers. The machine is on the same price scale as its competitors but far beyond their internal print quality. Clearly, in terms of print quality, it is the equivalent of Mimaki's presses in the entry segment, called interior in the marketplace. That's why the slogan 'indoor quality in outdoor size' is exactly what the SWJ-320EA is all about. ”
Mimaki Plus Series Expanded
The Plus Series, which is equipped with the latest generation technologies, continues to expand. The CJV300-160 Plus press / cut machine added to this series was exhibited at FESPA Eurasia 2019.
With a maximum print / cut width of 1610mm , the CJV300-160 Plus caters to a wide range of areas from labels to posters, outdoor signs to backlit signs and fashion / clothing. This press / cut press was launched with a special 3-year warranty including more affordable prices and printheads.
Mimaki Makes Automation A Reality In Printing
Eurasia also Mimaki digital printing automation with robotic applications in an exhibition for the first time in Turkey was the first company reality.
ABB Turkey and Eurasia cooperation with Mimaki robotic arm, JFX200-2513 EX Mimaki UV LED was operated in an integrated manner with the flatbed printing machine.
Arjen Evertse gave the following information;
“In the context of Industry 4.0, we have made the first example of high automation with smarter solutions here. Our JFX200-2513 EX UV printer has an interface that communicates with the robot through commands. The printing material is released and removed from the tray, and the robot moves the print head carriage forward or backward in the process of approaching and leaving the robot. This is done without any risk of errors. What makes automation possible here is the interface developed by Mimaki. ”
Pointing out that automation is spreading rapidly in all markets and production processes, Evertse underlined the benefits of the digital printing industry.
“Take an example of a 3-shift business. Work intensity and operator fatigue can lead to carelessness and errors. This is a waste of production and time. No matter how busy the robot is, it doesn't get tired and doesn't make a mistake by going out of the command. With the robot, your business will proceed with confidence and you can plan your next jobs with confidence. ”
