Livette's Wallpaper Invests In The Canon Colorado M5 to Drive Expansion And Innovation
Riga, Latvia – February 2026 – Livette's Wallpaper, a premier producer of high-quality, customisable wallpaper, has announced a significant investment in its production capabilities with the installation of the Canon Colorado M5 roll-to-roll printer as part of the UVgel Wallpaper Factory.
This strategic move aims to bolster the company's manufacturing speed, durability, and product range as it expands into the UK and broader European markets.
Serving both commercial and residential clients primarily in the US and Canada, the company recognised the need for advanced technology to meet increasing customer turnaround times and capitalise on emerging market trends.
This technology provides exceptional scratch resistance and durability, crucial factors for the company’s high standards.
The modular solution is designed for high-volume, automated production, boasting print speeds of up to 159m² per hour.

Beyond speed and durability, the new technology supports Livette's forward-thinking growth strategy.
The company plans to introduce a new metallic wallpaper range featuring gold, silver, and pearl finishes.
To facilitate this, Livette’s intends to upgrade the printer onsite with a new white ink channel.
The increased productivity of the UVgel Wallpaper Factory has also created spare capacity, allowing Livette's to offer printing services to other retailers as an additional revenue stream.
