Pre-/Post-Coating of Textiles for Digital Printing with MAGNOROLL Low-Moisture-Add-On System

The importance of fabric pre-treatment is not to be understated in Digital Textile Printing. 

In order to maximize colour fixation, the proper coating machinery and technique are key.

ZIMMER AUSTRIA’s MAGNOROLL Low-Moisture-Add-On technology offers the possibility of both inline and offline pre-coating using a low moisture technology that enables the user to make his own pre-coated fabrics.

The system can be operated either with one or two magnet roll rods. Perfect and optimum uniform application amount of pre-coat chemicals enhances digital print quality and reduces operational costs.

The Low-Moisture-Add-On system can be incorporated in-line with the print machine dryer or off-line.
