The New Platinum Series Q3 Hybrid From Liyu UK Will Accelerate Production For LWV Printworks Of Liverpool

Liyu UK are pleased to announce that the LWV Printworks are to add the Mighty and very popular Platinum Series Q3 hybrid to their production facility in Liverpool.
LWV already have a platinum high speed KC flatbed which they purchased nearly 2 years ago and has worked tirelessly ever since and has proved to be a formidable low cost workhorse.
The new Q3 Hybrid will consist of 4 rows of the latest Ricoh Gen6 heads and will accelerate production even further to meet the deadlines of their busy workloads with its Dual roll system and auto board feeding features.
The Platinum Series Q3 currently running 16 of the latest Ricoh Gen 6 printheads in CMYK but can be configured for White and varnish if required.
Heavy duty twin roll take up and feed roll system, linear drive, LED chiller and all the goodies you’d expect with a top spec 3.2 meter hybrid machine.
The Platinum Q3 Hybrid
The gorgeous Q3… just as impressive as it’s smaller sister the Q2, this is the wider version which accommodates those larger size media’s such as 3 meter boards to be printed with ease.
The Q3 has the added advantage of the heavy duty unattended 3 meter roll and take up unit for those extra heavy banner and vinyl rolls to be used.
Fitted with the Quadro Vacuum system, automatic head cleaning.
