HM1800B-K32 Applying Speed and  Reliability

• Metal magnetic gate closed-loop feedback system makes a high fabric pressing precision.

• The stability designs achieved 24 continuous high-speed operation meets industrial high-intensity production.

• The maximum printing speed is 900㎡/hr.

• Equipped with Industrial inkjet print heads with piezo technology and the resolution could reach to 600 x 2400 dpi.

• Efficient and independently controlled belt cleaning and drying system, combined with advance rubber scraper, sponge roller and the air knife, quickly remove water stains from the belt to keep it dry and clean.

• Special designed printheads protection technology to avoid printheads damaged.

The HM1800-R8 Stable Roll To Roll Printer

The HM1800-R8 will bring to customers an experience of higher productivity and a more stable production meeting customers’ needs of not only reducing production costs but also improving production efficiency.

This model builds on  HOMER’s tradition of consistent stable and reliable product quality at the same time with exciting new features :

• A stable rolled steel beam design for the printhead base gives 24/7 reliability  for continuous production.

• Max. printing speed is up to 540㎡/hr.
