Kornit Digital Reports Return to Revenue Growth and Strong Adoption of Recurring Business Model in Full Year 2025 Results


ROSH-HA`AYIN, Israel – February 2026 – Kornit Digital Ltd., a worldwide market leader in sustainable, on-demand digital fashion and textile production technologies, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended 31 December 2025.

The report highlights a pivotal return to revenue growth, positive adjusted EBITDA, and significant strides in transitioning the industry from traditional manufacturing to agile, digital solutions.

The results reflect Kornit’s disciplined execution in accelerating digital adoption within mass apparel production.

By replacing traditional screen printing methods with on-demand digital solutions, the company has not only strengthened its industry leadership but also expanded its recurring revenues under the All-Inclusive Click (AIC) model.

This strategic shift is building a more predictable business model while addressing the urgent need for sustainability in the fashion supply chain.

Ronen Samuel, Chief Executive Officer of Kornit Digital, commented on the company's performance, stating, “The fourth quarter capped a year of disciplined execution. We returned to full-year revenue growth, achieved positive adjusted EBITDA, and generated strong operating cash flow.”

A key driver of this success was a robust peak season, which resulted in an 11% increase in full-year impressions.

This metric demonstrates higher utilisation across Kornit’s installed base and signals a definitive shift toward digital production for longer runs.

Regarding the recurring revenue model, Samuel added, “We exited the year with approximately $25 million in Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) from our All-Inclusive Click (AIC) program, and $15 million in AIC revenue for the full year, underscoring accelerating customer adoption.”

Looking toward the future, the company remains focused on innovation to further disrupt the textile industry.

Samuel concluded, “We are entering 2026 with a growing pipeline of opportunities, and better visibility for the year. We expect to unveil breakthrough innovations this year designed to expand our addressable markets, accelerate digital adoption, and enable our customers to capture new growth opportunities. Our priorities remain clear: driving incremental impressions from the screen market, expanding the AIC program, and $15 million in AIC revenue for the full year, underscoring accelerating customer adoption.”

Full Year 2025 Results of Operations

  • Total revenue for the full year 2025 was $208.2 million compared with $203.8 million in the prior year period.

  • GAAP gross profit margin for the full year 2025 was 44.3% compared with 45.0% in the prior year period. On a non-GAAP basis, gross profit margin was 47.2% compared with 48.6% in the prior year period.

  • GAAP operating expenses for the full year 2025 were $126.8 million compared with $129.1 million in the prior year. On a non-GAAP basis, operating expenses decreased by 2.5% to $107.1 million compared with the prior year period.
