Inkcups celebrates PRINTING United Alliance Pinnacle Technology Award win for Helix® High Throw UV Cylindrical Printer

Danvers, Mass. July, 2026 – Global leader in direct-to-object printing technology, Inkcupsannounces that the new Helix® High Throw UV Cylindrical Printer has won a prestigious PRINTING United Alliance Pinnacle Award in the technology category.

Bringing Inkcups’ pioneering High Throw technology into the Helix® family of cylindrical direct-to-object inkjet printers, the Helix® High Throw was launched earlier in June 2026.

It is designed to accommodate height variations while decorating cylindrical and conical products, making it ideal for cylindrically printing challenging and irregular shapes, and expanding what is possible with helical printing far beyond drinkware and bottles.

Open exclusively to manufacturers, OEMs, and suppliers who are members of PRINTING United Alliance, the Pinnacle Awards honor the most innovative hardware, equipment, software, and substrates driving the future of the printing industry.

The Technology competition in which Inkcups was awarded evaluates the development of technologies predicted to significantly impact the commercial printing, digital textile, packaging, screen printing, wide format, or related industries.

Bill Keating, CEO, Inkcups, comments: “We’re so proud of this award. The Helix® High Throw completely changes what is possible with cylindrical direct-to-object inkjet printing, so we’re delighted to have that recognized with an award that considers the impact technologies will have on the industry. Inkcups has been a pioneer of direct-to-object printing technology right from the start and this kind of recognition really validates our continued drive to push boundaries with our technology.”
