The Fashion and Textile Museum Unveils Exclusive Curator Tour and Q&A with Iconic Designer Sarah Campbell
London, UK – January 2026– The Fashion and Textile Museum is proud to announce an exclusive cultural event offering a rare insight into British design history.
This event provides a unique opportunity for attendees to engage directly with the creative forces behind fifty years of vibrant pattern and print.
The morning will commence at 10:30 with a comprehensive tour led by exhibition curator Teresa Collenette.
Strictly limited to twenty participants, this private viewing ensures an unhurried and detailed exploration of the Collier Campbell Archive while the exhibition remains closed to the general public.
Following the tour, the event will transition into an informal thirty-minute Q&A with Sarah Campbell.
This session offers a platform to discuss a partnership that revolutionized the world of interiors and printed fabric.
The discussion will likely touch upon the endurance of hand-painted design in an increasingly digital industry.
Sarah Campbell continues to shape the design landscape through her independent work, teaching, and writing.
Her current commissions for companies including Anthropologie, West Elm, and Free Spirit Fabrics demonstrate her sustained relevance and forward-thinking approach to surface design. This event celebrates not only a historic legacy but the ongoing vitality of craft and creativity.
Tickets for this exclusive event are priced at £45.00, which includes entry to the exhibition.
Attendees may also pre-order the accompanying book, Paint! Pattern! Print! The Textiles of Susan Collier and Sarah Campbell, to further enhance their experience.
The tour and Q&A will conclude at 11:45, after which guests are free to explore the gallery at their own pace.
