Sanderson Design Group Signs 10-Year Licensing Agreement For Designers Guild
London, UK – 25 September 2026 – Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior furnishings group, today announced a 10-year licensing agreement with Dunelm for Designers Guild, the luxury interiors brand acquired by Dunelm in April 2025.
Under the Agreement, Sanderson Design Group has been granted the sole licence to design, manufacture and sell Designers Guild wallpapers, fabrics and paint worldwide.
Products developed under the Agreement will be manufactured through the Group's established production network, including its Anstey site in Loughborough and Standfast & Barracks in Lancaster, supported by a trusted network of supplier partners.
Distribution will follow the Group's global network of interior designers, wholesale partners and omnichannel digital channels.
It also reinforces the Group's strategic priorities of expanding its brand portfolio and maximising the value of its UK manufacturing base, with Designers Guild production adding further volume alongside the Group's existing and third-party brands.
Founded in 1970, Designers Guild is a globally recognised luxury interiors brand known for its distinctive use of colour, pattern and contemporary design across fabrics, wallpapers and paint.
Its addition is highly complementary to Sanderson Design Group's existing portfolio of heritage and luxury brands.
The Group will immediately begin replenishing existing best-sellers to meet demand, with an initial stock package available shortly on the trade site.
