Sanderson Design Group PLC. Delivers Strong First-Half Growth ─ Driven By Record North America Demand And Successful Highgrove Launch

London, UK – October 2026  – Sanderson Design Group plc. has today announced a robust first-half performance, underpinned by sustained momentum across its business and the continued delivery of its focused growth strategy.

The results highlight the Group's growing international reach and its commitment to building a more resilient, sustainable future for the design industry.

Revenue for the period rose to £51.4m, while statutory profit before tax increased by 69% to £2.5m.

Adjusted profit before tax also grew significantly, up 47% to £3.3m.

This performance was driven by sustained improvement across the Group's Manufacturing division, a strong contribution from Licensing, and the benefits of targeted pricing actions.

North America remains a vital growth market for the Group, with revenues in the region increasing by 16%.

This underscores the substantial opportunity that still exists for Sanderson Design Group to expand its market share further across North America, a region the company considers central to its long-term international strategy.

Third-party Manufacturing revenues also performed strongly, rising 19% to £11.0m, bolstered by significant demand from the US market.

Meanwhile, Direct to Consumer revenues grew by an impressive 137% to £1.6m, reflecting the Group's ongoing investment in deepening direct relationships with its customer base.

Financially, the Group's position has also strengthened, with net cash increasing by 34% to £10.4m. In recognition of this continued progress, the total dividend has been maintained at 0.50p per share.

Adding to this momentum, the Highgrove by Sanderson collection has become the Group's most successful launch to date, demonstrating the continued strength of its design heritage and its ability to innovate in response to evolving consumer tastes.

“These results reflect the strength and resilience of our strategy, as well as the hard work and creativity of our teams across the business,” said Sanderson Design Group plc. “Our continued growth in North America, together with the outstanding success of the Highgrove by Sanderson collection, shows that our focus on quality, innovation, and sustainable growth is delivering real results.”

Sanderson Design Group plc. remains focused on building a more sustainable and forward-looking business, one that balances commercial growth with a deep respect for craftsmanship, heritage, and ethical practice.
