Rainbowjet Launch GoTx® Range Of Digital Textile Printers And Fixation Units

Rainbowjet of Shropshire UK are pleased to announce that they are now working with Pigmentinc as UK distributors of the range of GoTx®Digital Textile Printing equipment.

GoTx® Digital Textile Printers

The GoTx® textile printer series was designed for uninterrupted mass decoration to a variety of textiles with either pigment ink, reactive or sublimation dyes.

It prints direct to static and 2 way stretch fabric.

The GoTx® media feeding system is a patented process that delivers minimal fabric shift and feed accuracy across the roll without the need of sticky blanket systems.

Moreover, the GoTx®system is available with horizontal fixation equipment and an optional pre-treat station to complete any process requirement.

The GoTx® 4190 is powered with staggered quad (4) Epson DX7 print heads at a width of 1900mm.

The 1900mm wide GoTx®2190 and 2600mm wide GoTx®2260 both have 2 staggered print heads.

With drop sizes from 4.5 to 45 pcl and typical production speed from 60 – 120sqm/h. Configurations available are either dual CMYK for higher speed production or for an increased colour gamut range with 8 colours by adding for example – red, orange, violet and green.

The GoTx® is flexible in that one machine can run a multiple range of inks – Reactive, Pigment and Sublimation ink sets which have all passed internal certification testing for print head reliability and jet performance.

GoTx® Pre & Post-Treatment Fixation Units

The GoTx® 192FX/190FX/260FX are powerful fixation units for pigment inks.

Designed to run with the GoTx® 2190/4190/2260 printers for seamless productivity, or off line for greater productivity.

Utilising quad-zone heater element plates below and above the media horizontally where the fabric is not touched during cure.

For consistency we do not employ IR heatlamps to avoid cool cure zones across the media.

 Fixation on a horizontal path provides better control and avoids smoke, steam or oil which can be dragged across the media = ghost free imaging.
