Inkcups Appoints New Service Manager for Europe
Freudenberg, Germany. November 11th, 2025 - Inkcups, a global leader in the printing industry, has appointed Sebastian Teichmann as its new Service Manager Europe.
A crucial role in delivering on Inkcups’ commitment to providing dedicated support and service to its customers globally, Sebastian will oversee technical installations across Inkcups’ entire European reach.
In addition to overseeing service calls, complex installations, and system integrations, he will also provide back up and technical escalation support to Inkcups’ European team of Field Service Engineers.
Sebastian brings with him over two decades of experience in the inkjet printing industry having worked as a Tier 3 Remote Support Lead EMEA for Kornit Digital, as well as in roles at EFI and Fujifilm.
During this time, Sebastian led a Tier 3 Product Specialists team, and managed escalations, upgrades and beta projects for the EMEA region in addition to analysing service metrics for process improvements.
