Epson, one of the world leaders in the development and production of solutions for inkjet printing, announces that Allart Service has become the supplier of Epson industrial printers for direct roll printing on textiles of the Monna Lisa series in the Russian Federation.
The company will promote a turnkey solution, including start-up, technical and technological support, consulting, selection and supply of auxiliary equipment, as well as after-sales warranty and service.
The start of sales of Monna Lisa solutions is scheduled for June 2021.
Andrey Dynkin, Epson Textile Solutions Manager: “We are pleased to announce that Allart Service has become an official Epson dealer for Epson Monna Lisa textile printers in the Russian Federation. The Allart Service company has extensive experience in working with equipment for digital printing on textiles, and we hope that this cooperation will allow us to successfully bring to the Russian market the well-known and popular all over the world textile printers Epson Monna Lisa. "
Monna Lisa printers are designed for direct printing on roll textiles.
Equipped with the latest generation of Epson PrecisionCore printheads, they can print with Epson Genesta Acid, Pigment, Reactive or Disperse Inks, allowing direct printing on a wide variety of textiles.
All inks have the international ECO PASSPORT (OEKO-TEX) certificate, which confirms the safety of finished products for adults and children.
Acid inks are bluesign certified, while reactive and pigment inks meet the GOTS environmental standard.
A feature of Monna Lisa printers is a special conveyor for guiding textile fabrics - the surface of the conveyor belt is covered with a special adhesive (sticky) layer, thanks to which the media is securely fixed during printing.
As a result, it becomes possible to work with elastic materials such as knitwear.
The Monna Lisa line includes models with 8 to 64 Epson PrecisionCore printheads and differing in performance.
Thus, the older model with 64 printheads provides a speed of up to 745 m2 / h when printing in two passes, with a resolution of 600x600 dpi.
The printers of the series are available in three print widths: 1.8 m, 2.2 m and 3.2 m.Also, a new product is entering the Russian market - a compact printer Epson Monna Lisa ML-8000, with a print width of 1800 mm, 8 print heads per 8-color configuration, built on a completely new platform.
Model ML8000 provides productivity up to 290 m² / h in single-pass printing at 300x600 dpi or 155 m² / h in two-pass printing at 600x600 dpi.
