The brand-new DTF printer from Adelco is the fastest and highest-spec digital, direct-to-film printer in the market.
Delivering high-definition prints in various fabrics with its incorporated eco-friendly water-based pigment ink. Supplemented with an in-line drying and cooler system.
Adelco’s Direct to Film printer has a high aluminum milling frame ensuring a stable output with four print heads. This system comes with an advanced mechanical control system that ensures more stable printing. With a thoughtful and easy touch screen operating system the printer is easy to use.
Precision Paper Pinch Roller
An advance pressing wheel that ensures the accuracy and stability of the printing paper going through the DTF printing system. Allowing it to print at a speed of up to 27m2/h.
In addition to, an advanced capping station that keeps the ink clean, sealed and ready to use smoothly.
Anti-collision Device
Designed to protect printing heads during long and continuous operations.
Allowing it to be printed on a variety of fabrics without jeopardizing the quality of the image and having a consistent colour saturation and sharp outlines
Automated Re-Circulated Powder System
Our DTF printers utilise an incorporated re-circulating powder system equipped with its own drying solution and temperature sensor.
Along side other features such as:
A heating tunnel supplied with 5 Carbon fiber heating units.
An automated powder re-circulating system allowing it to have a recycling procedure.
A touch screen control system granting a more simple and quickly examination of performance.
