DuPont™ Artistri® Joins ISS Long Beach, Showcasing a Complete Solution for Direct-to-Film Printing
WILMINGTON, Del., January 16, 2026 – DuPont, a global leader in digital inkjet inks with its Artistri® portfolio of products, will present its complete solution for Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing at Impressions Expo from January 22-24 in Long Beach, California.
This premier event brings together the apparel decoration industry to explore the latest technologies and applications, featuring live demos and product launches.
At booth #2260, the DuPont team will showcase its Artistri® digital inkjet inks for textile applications, highlighting the DuPont™ Artistri® Jettable Adhesive JA1100, which can eliminate the need for TPU powder in the DTF printing process.
When combined with Artistri® P1600 DTF inks and Artistri® DTF-120 film, this innovation can deliver a softer hand feel, brighter colors, and durable wash performance, while helping to improve safety and workflow efficiency.
Unlike traditional powder-based systems, Jettable Adhesive is a liquid adhesive jetted directly onto the film during printing, providing a cleaner, more efficient process without airborne powder hazards.
Robert Simpson, Global General Manager for DuPont™ Artistri® Digital Printing Solutions, said, “No other printing process has grown faster than Direct-to-Film (DTF), making it the dynamic technology in textile printing today. We are excited to advance Jettable Adhesive technology, now commercially available for OEM integration. Together with our P1600 ink set and DTF-120 film, we are confident this solution will address market demands for softer hand feel and vibrant color in high-value DTF prints.”.
Sustainability continues to be at the core of what we do. DuPont products, including Artistri® P1600 inks and JA100 Jettable Adhesive, follow our safer-by-design assessment for health and environmental risks.
Classified as non-hazardous under US GHS and free from HAPS, they offer a responsible choice without compromising performance.
Our pigment inks hold OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certification, ZDHC MRSL Conformance Level 3, and Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certification.
These achievements reflect DuPont’s extensive ink formulation expertise, combined with best-in-class product stewardship and manufacturing, delivering reliable solutions that elevate DTF printing quality.
“We look forward to welcoming visitors to our booth and sharing the latest breakthroughs in DTF printing”, Simpson concluded.

“Yet in the textile industry - Where between 3,000 and 10,000 chemicals move through the supply chain, a reflexive fear of the term is one of our biggest obstacles to progress.”
This article distils the key takeaways and what buyers, designers, and brands should be asking right now.
What Is the Digital Product Passport?
At its core, a Digital Product Passport is a digital record attached to a physical product - For a printed textile product, this means the DPP would capture data on the substrate, inks and dyes used, the printing process and technology, chemical compliance, environmental impact (including water and energy use), supply chain traceability, and end-of-life instructions.
The Market Gap that Changed Everything
Future Fashion was founded in 2019, timed deliberately to coincide with a pivotal moment in global textile technology: the commercial launch of the EFI Reggiani BOLT Single-Pass digital printing system.
The founders recognised that single-pass architecture had fundamentally changed what was industrially possible - and that Pakistan's domestic market had yet to catch up.
Print is no longer defined by the inefficiencies that once characterised it…as advances in production processes and technology have significantly improved its environmental performance.
Taran Rai, Corporate Sustainability Manager at Epson explains why?
The story of what happens when young designers access digital technology is still being written.
What once was a theoretical sustainability goal seems to have shifted into an active regulatory reality.
