Trade Signs UK Transforms NEC Software Solutions HQ with Forward-Thinking Drytac Graphics
CHIPPENHAM, UK – Aril 2026 – Chippenham-based Trade Signs UK has partnered with NEC Software Solutions to deliver a comprehensive, large-scale window, wall, and floor graphic installation at the software provider's new UK headquarters.
Utilising innovative and sustainable Drytac materials, Trade Signs UK successfully completed the expansive interior fit-out across four high-end office units, achieving a durable and high-impact finish that reflects the future of corporate workspaces.
The tenant required a cohesive visual identity for its new data centre, head office, and meeting facilities, presenting a blank canvas that demanded an expert touch and a commitment to professional excellence.
“We were recommended by the developer after the site was completed,” said Ben Gregory, Managing Director at Trade Signs UK. “They had a completely blank canvas across four large units and required a full graphic installation for their new HQ.”
The installation relied on 18 full rolls of Drytac media, incorporating eight different materials.
Notably, the project utilised Paper Fleece Air, a non-PVC wallcovering, alongside ReTac Textures Sand, aligning with modern demands for sustainable and ethical interior branding without compromising on aesthetic appeal.
“In total, we printed, laminated and installed around 18 full rolls of Drytac media,” Ben said. “The combination of HP Latex and Drytac delivered exceptional image quality and consistency throughout.”
The extensive two-week installation required meticulous coordination alongside builders, electricians, and the wider office fit-out team.
The use of advanced, bubble-free, and repositionable materials like Polar Premium Air and ReTac proved vital for managing graphics up to 10 metres long, ensuring a safe and durable installation across all surfaces.
“One of the main challenges was the sheer size of the project,” Ben noted. “We were working alongside builders, electricians, copier installers and the wider office fit-out team. The bubble-free installation of Polar Premium Air and the repositionable nature of ReTac made the process far more manageable. Some graphics were up to 10 metres (32.8ft) long, which made handling and lamination challenging. However, we had zero failures and achieved a flawless finish throughout.”
