Future Fashuin were facing some challenges with color consistency in their sublimation printing.
Sometimes the same design looked slightly different after heat pressing or when printed on different fabric types.
Another challenge was that they had two sublimation printers so it was important for them to keep the colors consistent between both machines especially for large production orders.
Without proper color measurement the same design could appear a little different from one printer to the other.
Before using a spectrophotometer Future Fabic mostly depended on visual judgment, which is not always accurate. This sometimes meant doing several test prints until they reached the right color.
Their goal was to improve color accuracy and make sure the colors stay consistent across different fabrics, printers, and production batches.
