2020 proved to be a memorable year for the development of Digital Textile Software and RIPs. During the year significant progress was made towards colour consistency across media, ease of design, and automated workflow.

Inèdit Software Presents neoStampa Delta, Featuring A DTG Mode And A New PDF Print Engine:

Inèdit Software presented the new version of neoStampa Delta. They did it from a virtual event where the same creators of the software and several collaborators exposed the news of Rip Software, which aims to be a revolution in the digital printing sector. Until now, neoStampa has been the reference Rip Software in digital textile printing, especially for the most demanding ones with color reproduction, achieving the maximum potential of their printers. With the Delta version, the company intends to go one step further and extend the scope of neoStampa to other sectors such as sports printing, film, ceramics, or DTG printing.

MUTOH Creates New Generation RIP Based On Global Graphics Harlequin Technology:

Global Graphics® Software has licensed the Harlequin Host Renderer to MUTOH, the Japanese manufacturer of wide format inkjet printers and sign cutting plotters, in a contract spread over multiple years. The agreement includes licensing Global Graphics’ new Opal Advanced Inkjet Screens™ to provide high-quality half-tone screening specially developed for inkjet printing. The Harlequin Host Renderer is being integrated into VerteLith™, MUTOH’s RIP software, and will be available to MUTOH customers via a download service from the beginning of November this year, initially for the UV machines VJ-1638UR/UH and XPJ-461/661UF and ultimately for all the major models sold, including the eco-solvent machines.
