Intelligent Printhead Maintenance System For Higher Productivity
The Super A-600 DTF printer is equipped with a CCD vision system next to the printhead that utilizes CCD image sensing technology to monitor nozzle status. When there is a broken line in the print, the nozzle is automatically cleaned to improve productivity, further reduce the scrap rate, and make the print accuracy of the printed materials more guaranteed.
This new DTF printer has also been upgraded with an automatic moisturizing device. When the machine operator is off duty or on vacation for a long period without using the machine, just click the auto-moisturizing function, and the machine will automatically transfer the moisturizing solution to the nozzle ink pad through the peristaltic pump, eliminating the need for manual squeezing of the moisturizing solution by hand.
In addition, a mirror inspection area has been added to the left side of the print panel, making it easy to observe the condition of the nozzles as well as perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Humanized Operation Device For Enhanced Experience
Compared to other DTF printer models, the Super A-600 DTF printer upgrades the push-button control panel to an intelligent touch panel. It displays the current ink level and centrally controls several functions such as the motorized platen, illumination, out-of-ink alarm, pilot heating, CCD monitoring, auto-moisturization, and tension rewind.
The tension unwind system aids in accurate printing. The design and adjustment of the tension unwind system is crucial to the normal operation of the printer and printing results. Especially for high-speed and large format printers, tension control allows the printer to run smoothly, avoiding shifting of prints or rubbing of printheads due to film or paper curling.
The Super A-600 DTF printer has a new safety guard system. When the machine encounters an obstruction or other malfunction during printing, the nozzles will stop working immediately. The safety light turns red to alert you that you are in a non-safe condition.
Simplified Hardware Assembly For Beginners
The Super A-600 DTF printer has a built-in ink dithering system and waste ink management to maximize performance and space utilization.
Printing equipment assembly, especially print head installation, can be difficult for novice printers.
