Blåkläder Invests In Sustainable Textile Dyeing Technology From Imogo

Workwear company Blåkläder has acquired a minority stake in Imogo, a Swedish company specializing in resource-efficient textile dyeing. Imogo’s technology reduces the use of water, energy and chemicals in garment production.

“Since most of the environmental impact from clothing occurs during manufacturing, it’s vital to develop methods that reduce resource consumption. Imogo’s groundbreaking technology addresses several of the industry’s toughest sustainability challenges, and we naturally want to support that,” says Anders Carlsson, MD of Blåkläder.
