I2 Europe of Lancashire UK now offer a first step on the sustainability ladder for Textile Manufacturers with the Lidem Compact Shredding Mill.
This Shredding mill is designed for cutting, shredding and harrowing various types of textile materials, quilts and padding.
The material obtained is reused as filling element in the manufacture of pillows, cushions, upholstery, stuffed animals…
They also offer Lidem Shredding machine for companies that require processing material at an affordable price.
The MT Shredders are manufactured with a useful working width of 300 mm for chopping and shredding between 10 and 50 millimetres.
LIDEM manufactures this model in two versions: MT/7.5 and MT/10. The production capacity of this machine can reach 200 Kg/hour, depending on model, material and shredding size.
TRITURATOR allows shredding and cutting for industries dealing with: recycling, reuse, waste treatment, manufacturers of bedding (pillows, cushions, comforters, duvets), toys (stuffed animals, dolls …), upholstery (pillows, cushions, poofs …), etc.
.Operation Process
The shredding process starts with feeding from the shredding mouth where the materials pass on to the rotary cutting system.
After cutting the material passes through a sieve that screens and calibrates the final size of the product.
Finally, a suction system that completely evacuates material that cuts the cutting head.
Bagging or sacking-off for shredded material are available.
Compact and high capacity versions, single and double units are manufactured. Similarly, the larger capacity drives may incorporate a vacuum system.
