Disney Introduces The Mickey & Co. Collection – Made With Repreve™ Recycled Fiber From Plastic Bottles

Today Disney are excited to reintroduce the retro Disney brand from 1984, Mickey & Co., this time featuring a new sustainable twist:

Disney has announced that the Mickey & Co. has launched a new line of sustainable t-shirts using 50 per cent of Unifi’s Repreve recycled fibre from plastic bottles.

Recycled bottles collected from Walt Disney World Resort were turned into Repreve recycled fibre.

Repreve is made by Unifi, a leading global textile solutions company, headquartered in the US.

The Mickey & Co. apparel line was created from up to 50% REPREVE® recycled fiber from plastic bottles.

The Mickey & Co. collection is perfect for vintage lovers who want to show off some ‘80s and ‘90s throwback style! From Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck, to Goofy and Pluto, the gang’s all here in vibrant fashion.
